ABOUT THE OBJECT
The city of Neuchâtel is located on the northern shore of the lake of the same name. Its medieval old town extends from the Neuchâtel Castle, which dates back to the 12th century. Nearby, the Collégiale is a Gothic church built at the same time. The yellow stone called “pierre d’Hauterive” is used in the architecture of Neuchâtel, giving the façades their very typical light.
Built in 2010, this 15-unit PPE offers a modern and central living environment. The building benefits notably from thermal solar panels and triple-glazed windows.
On the 1st floor, the apartment opens onto a spacious corridor where the first 2 bedrooms are located. A first shower room / WC completes this space. Just before the living room, a large master bedroom with adjoining bathroom / WC completes the sleeping area.
The large living room extends to the south and offers a pleasant living room that is extended by an open kitchen. The balcony completes this comfortable apartment.
There is also a covered parking space and a private cellar.
