It’s a grey day in Delémont when I set off for Montavon. Just twelve minutes later, the scenery changes: here, the sun is generous and despite the cool temperatures, it feels warm on the skin. This little village, like a pearl in a natural setting, is a delight in itself. The stress of my morning instantly disappears.

The villa unfolds, modern and perfectly integrated into the landscape. The large bay windows promise a cinematic view of the entire surrounding countryside. In the garden, I imagine the children and the dog playing safely while the adults enjoy a drink on the spacious south-facing terrace.

On the north side, a large covered area allows for the parking of several cars. I am pleasantly surprised to discover a spacious storage room (bicycles, garden tools, etc.).

As I open the front door, my heart starts to beat. The hall, with its large glazing that borders the staircase, is bathed in light. Under the staircase, I discover a lovely cosy corner with a wooden bench where the children can sit to get dressed. The technical room will allow us to store many things and the guest toilet is ideally located in the entrance. So far, everything is perfect!

I move towards the office, which also has large glazing, and I gaze out at the view of the mountains sprinkled with snow. Working in this setting will not require any effort from me!

From the hall, I descend a few steps to the living room.

I arrive in front of the kitchen with its central wooden island and its simple, elegant lines. There is even an integrated wine cellar! The adjoining pantry adds welcome convenience to everyday life.

Large bay windows line the living room on the south side and let in generous amounts of sunlight. This spacious room will allow me to easily receive many guests. I am captivated by the elegance of the ultra-simple cement-style tiles, which will easily match with anything. On the east side, the French door opens onto a more shaded terrace.

On the 1st floor, the charm continues. I discover three bedrooms under a beautiful light-wood ceiling, a refined bathroom with high-quality materials, and finally, the laundry room. No more need to go up and down with the laundry baskets!

The master bedroom is the final piece of the puzzle. The floor-to-ceiling windows line the large balcony where nature unfolds before my eyes. I take a deep breath of this pure air and return inside to discover the elegant private shower room. In the bedroom, I will install a dressing room, there is plenty of space. Finally, I let myself dream of snowy winter evenings when the sauna (already planned) will warm us up. On the balcony, we will cool off in the moonlight while observing the frosty nature...

I have no doubt, this villa is the one of my dreams: nature, elegance, high quality, security and absolute peace. I am won over!
